    Cover Letter:

I was 7 years old when I learned that my public school teacher believed in abortion (the horrible inhalation of unborn children). What was worse was our whole society was a part of this. Our Supreme Court made abortion legal. The public teachers union stood for the right to abortion. Presidents and Senators ran on the right to abortion. Businesses and public colleges taught that to care about women was to believe in the right of abortion. Today more than 60 million abortions have been committed in this country (worldwide it is over 1 billion), and legally you can't buy insurance in California that does not support abortion.

I want to work for a company that does not support abortion. I want to work for a company that does not believe that sexual immorality and perversion is ok, and the values of the criminals in prison should not be taught to our children, and our government, military, schools, and businesses should not stand for and encourage the abuse of others and that we should not call this a civil marriage and we should not give the orphans, fatherless, and foster care children to this union (1640 Broadway Street). I want to work for a company that has compassion for the stranger or immigrant and that we are equal under God (what our Declaration of Independence was founded on). Therefore I have put together an assessment that I require for companies to take that are interested in hiring me (see below).

I graduated with the honors of distinction on May 16, 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Real Estate at San Diego State University. I have worked as a part-time real estate broker for Jack Nooren, Nooren Apartment Investments / NAI San Diego, for three and a half years. Mr Nooren is a wonderful broker and a great human being. I am interested in full-time employment.

I have worked as a Research Assistant for Dr. Michael Lea and Dr. Xudong An for the Corky McMillin Center for Real Estate under the College of Business Administration at San Diego State University.

Here are some achievements: My promotional campaign helped obtain a one million eight hundred thousand dollar listing that closed for over the list price in the hardest real estate market in recent memory due to the superior skills of the Chris Zorbas Team with Marcus & Millichap. We closed a four million dollar multi-family commercial purchase in which my marketing effort was the procuring cause at MSSR. I have worked hard in the undergraduate program at San Diego State University continuing my education in Real Estate, Finance, Investment Analysis, and Marketing achieving a 3.55 cumulative GPA at SDSU. I am looking for a good opportunity to work for your company. Here is a short list of my qualifications:

    Education:

    1. A Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Real Estate at San Diego State University (May 2015). GPA 3.55

    2. A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Science, Coleman College, San Diego California. GPA 3.6

    3. An Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts, University of Hawaii Leeward Community College, Leeward, Hawaii. GPA 3.5

    Assessment:

    Employment for Life

As part of the employment process, I have an assessment that I require for companies to take that are interested in hiring me.

    Assessment:

    Does your company support abortion?

There have been over 60 million abortions in this country. Many companies do not support the life of these human beings.

    Does your company support perversion?

There are many children that have been molested in this country by perverts. Many companies now support perversion (sexual immorality, homosexuality, lesbianism and the like).

    Does your company support amnesty?

This country has had a history of exploiting others from the English indentured servants, to African American slavery, to the American Indian, to Mexican laborers.

Please have an executive who represents your company sign the answers to these questions, and if your answers are ethical then I would be interested in working for you.

You become like what you follow.

    Final Notes:

I mean every word of my cover letter and assessment. I won't even apply if you can't pass the assessment. The assessment is more important than the job. How many companies do you feel in the whole world could pass the assessment? Most people don't even read the cover letter. Would you work for a person that didn't listen to you? Some people think because they have a job (money) that we should be blind to everything else and dance with the music. If your mother was screaming in the other room for someone was killing her and your interviewer handed you the job application would you fill it out? My cover letter is that to me for many very vulnerable defenseless children are being brutally annihilated and our society just ignores it.

My favorite real estate person is a man named Abraham. Abraham and his nephew Lot were both wealthy, but they had so much that the land where they were dwelling could not support them both and their servants were arguing with one another. So Abraham called Lot and said, "Lot, we are brethren and don't need to argue the whole land is before you. Choose wherever you would like to go and I will go in the other place." Lot looked and saw Sodom and Gomorrah was fertile like the garden of Eden and chose this area for himself. Abraham put the other persons interests more important than his own. Lot however was looking for the best for me ... that is called greed. Now that story goes on and hardly anyone made it in Lot's camp, but everyone made it in Abraham's camp. I could go on but you get the picture. I am in Abraham's camp. And everyone in Abraham's camp could pass my assessment. However in Lot's camp they couldn't pass my assessment. I don't want to live in Lot's camp. I want to live in Abraham's camp.
